Hours of Operation

Secure Web-Conferences and Data Transfers are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week - except for scheduled monthly server maintenance during early morning hours (1:00 to 4:00 a.m.). If you are a provider that renders technical service, then Live Physician Supervision is based on the availability of your affiliated interpreting/supervising physician. Please contact their offices.

Contracts and Service Fees

In order to register for a new user account, prospective users must first consent to a HIPAA Privacy Agreement. New users may use the system for a brief trial period. After the trial expires, continued use of our services requires entering a Data Management Service Agreement. For details regarding contracts and service fees please contact Administration.
